Marinated Pork with Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Pork fillet
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Fried Rice

Directions

  1. Combine soy, wine, honey, sugar, garlic and cinnamon.
  2. Add pork. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight in fridge, turning occasionally.
  3. Oven to 220
  4. Put rack in casserole dish. Place pork on top. Uncovered.
  5. Cook for 30~40 mins, turning and basting occasionally.
  6. Cook rice
  7. Remove pork from oven and allow to cool.
  8. Heat marinade. Thicken slightly.
  9. Put pork on top of rice.
  10. Pour marinade on top.
